Wonderful beach |
| First visit to the beaches of Mozambique really
enjoyed the space and the diving. Barra Lodge chalets were good
beds comfy and the food in the restaurant was nice but a little
on the pricey side. would happily return - whenever I manage to
get another holiday! |

Magnificent Lodge |
Bara lodge is a place worth your money and a splendid
experience. We stayed at the lodge for 4 days, the rooms are tidy
and the reed makes it to be magnificent. The food was perfect so
was the service, the activity center has enough activities to keep
u busy.The beach bar is a relaxing place to chill out.

Poor management |
| compared to other places that i have been to, I
can say this was the most disappointing one when it comes to diving.
The rooms were immaculate but linen and towels were not changed
until requested. Poor electricity maintenance, cables taped together
which is unacceptable and not safe. Bad service on restaurant, we
had to wait for over an hour to place an order and another hour
for our food in which the pizza or burger was irritating. The lodge
could do better with staff training and maintenance. The staff was
friendly and smiling but the service was poor and they were short
staffed.

Attractive but needs Affectionate |
| This lodge is situated on an attractive beach where
you can stroll and gaze at the sun set in the evenings, the workforce
is very approachable and well mannered. The towels and linens are
worn-out and the bedding needs to be changed on a daily basis and
the mosquito nets could do with a wash in between guest. The restaurant
serves good food and wine though they repeat the same menu everyday.
Quad biking and diving is offered with a great help from the professionals.

My Dream wedding |
| Planning a wedding can be such a stressful thing
but with the help of the lodge team we were able to organize it
via email and skype. Being welcomed by a drink on a red carpet and
a local ladies choir was just what we needed after our journey.
The visit was splendid, from the food to the beverages, everything
was just perfect. |
