Kids and Teens Club
Meet our lovable characters Sid the Seagull & Lizzie the Lizard. Hugely
popular with our young guests, we've welcomed the characters across our
parks for 2011! Come along and see Sid & Lizzie perform their own
shows, listen to their tales of adventure and laugh along to their gags
in the Star Landers Club. Their stories and games are often based on themes
to help your little ones learn - making them great role models too.
The Local Area
Perched on top of wooded slopes overlooking the breathtaking views of
the Firth of Clyde and onto Arran, Wemyss Bay is in a great part of Scotland
for exploring the west coast. Just a short ferry crossing takes you to
the isles of Arran, Cumbrae and Bute which are havens of history and heritage.
Step ashore on Bute to an island with a history that goes back to early
Christian settlements and Viking invasions. Or take a daytrip to Arran,
one of Scotland's most southerly isles, and set out on a day of walking
round the Arran Coastal Way – a continuous 50 mile route round the
island. But don't worry, there are many cafes and restaurants for refreshment
in the towns and villages on this 167 square mile isle.
