Welcome to Darwin Beachside Accommodation. Ideally located within 5-10 minutes’ walk from our popular Nightcliff beach with gorgeous sunsets, and walking paths, public pool, café, shops, schools, local pub & restaurants at the Beachfront Hotel and popular Sunday food markets. You can also choose to travel around Darwin by catching a bus from the bus stop across the road.

It’s perfect for family accommodation in Darwin, couples and seniors, but we specifically cater for families with children and some small pets. We've created a place we think is ideal for kids of all ages - Austar with children’s TV channels, toys & books. We have porta-cots, a pram and wooden barriers available upon request.

Our three darwin holiday apartments are stylish, beautifully furnished 2 and 3 bedroom with bathroom townhouses. They are spacious, fully self-contained apartments, with all the mod-cons including; queen beds & linen, a Plasma TV, computer, microwave, washing machine, dryer & air-conditioning.

Also on the property is a fully enclosed tropical swimming pool, kids play equipment and garage for 1 car (available on request). It also has a large driveway and grass area to park the caravan or campervan. A great idea when travelling and you need more room to stretch out and take a break from the caravan.

Holiday Apartment 1

Is a stylish 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, spacious and fully self-contained apartment that can sleep up to 6 people, with all the mod-cons including; New split system air-conditioning system throughout,

Holiday Apartment 2

Is adjacent to Holiday Apartment 1 on the same property, and is on the ground floor attached to swimming pool and outdoor entertainment area - perfect for families, couples and seniors and can sleep up to 6 people also. The computer room has an additional Queen Sofabed,and the double doors open the room which extends to the back garden and verandah.

It has 2 bedrooms, the Master with King Bed and the second with a Queen bed. It’s fully self-contained withseparate lounge, dining and kitchen and all the mod-cons including; Air-conditioned bedrooms, 4-seater lounge overlooking outside patio with table and chairs& swimming pool, Large kitchen with all appliances (Microwave, fridge, etc.)

Access to shared outdoor laundry with 2 washing machines and dryers, Large 42” Plasma TV& DVD player, Computer &Wireless broadband internet access (*conditions apply), All linen and towels (quality 100% cotton on all beds)

Holiday Apartment 3

This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully furnished & air conditioned elevated home above holiday apartment 2 . It is a fully self-contained home with floor boards and a large balcony and can sleep up to 8 people.

It contains: New split system air-conditioning system throughout, Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (Microwave, fridge, iron & board etc.), Large 50" plasma with Austar, DVD player, Play Station 3 and free to air TV, Beige 2 seater fold out couch with inner spring mattress & 3 seater beige couch.

Larger room queen bed and chest of 4 draws and built-in robes, Medium size rooms x2 with queen bed a chest of 4 draws, Day study room in Kitchen with computer table / desk & chair, Wireless broadband internet access ( *conditions apply), Balcony & outdoor seating with view of the pool & child’s play area.
