Cable Beach Backpackers is well known for having a fantastic social spirit and vibe. And, to add to that there is heaps of free stuff that we offer. It's never ever going to be boring at Cable Beach Backpackers. We do plenty of great stuff on impulse like themed party nights and Beach Parties.

Accommodation

These are basic classic Backpacker style rooms which are clean and spacious. All 4 Bed dorms open up to breezy verandas giving you heaps of space to hang out. All amenities, showers and toilets are on a shared basis.

We have a huge self catering kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils and large commercial size fridges, open-air dining area, fully licensed bar, big screen TV, 24 hour internet (wireless as well), pool, free parking, laundry and 24 hour security cameras. Our staff are friendly and helpful and we focus on providing you with a clean, safe and fun place to stay.

Cable Beach is only a stone’s throw away from bars, cafes, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. If you want to go into town, which is only about 4 kilometres away, we have a free shuttle bus and the town bus stop is right on our front door.
