Carmelot is set on a half acre of lovely gardens, in the Perth hills surrounded by orchards and various bush walking trails, close to many popular tourist attractions such as The Melville Rose Nursery, Lesmurdie Falls, Core Cider House, the beautiful Araluen Botanical Gardens, Araluen Golf Resort, Mundaring Weir, and The Bickley Observatory. It is only a 10 minute drive to the picturesque village of Kalamunda with its award winning restaurants, alfresco cafes, pubs and gourmet eateries.

Accommodation At Camerlot Bed and Breakfast

Two medieval themed bedrooms provide romantic comfort and style of a bygone era, the days of King Arthur and Camelot. Guests have their own private entrance to the guest wing of the house and can relax in privacy in the cosy lounge with his and her's matching leather sofas, as well as having exclusive use of the Knight's Dining Room, all decorated with medieval antiquities.

The double guest rooms have queen sized beds and the Lady Guinevere Room has a four poster canopy bed overlooking the beautiful lagoon pool. Come and sit at King Arthur's Round Table and enjoy a goblet of wine. You may even see The Lady of the Lake as you look down over the lovely pool area.

Relax in the pretty Perth Hills, with serene gardens and tall trees that surround the property, and enjoy the peace and tranquility of beautiful Carmel, with just the sound of the local birds above the gentle sound of the water fall as it cascades into the pool. The beautiful resort style pool area is totally private and is a wonderful place to relax.

Knights dining room
We invite you to enjoy your breakfast in the bright and cheery Knights’ Dining Room overlooking the restful pool at Carmelot. Breakfast is included in the tariff. On weekends a full cooked breakfast is provided, whilst midweek we offer a continental breakfast.
