City Resort Hostel is a funky, laid-back backpacker hostel in the heart of Sydney.

Cheap shared dormitory rooms, double rooms, twin and single rooms for travellers and backpackers who are after a good night stay at cheap prices!

Keeping in touch with friends and family is easy with wifi access available in the whole building. You receive a 30mins (10MB) free voucher on check in and additional time can be bought online or at Reception. Laze around with a good book or meet some new friends in our cosy common room!

City Resort Hostel has plenty of shared bathrooms so you can enjoy hot showers 24 hours a day seven days a week. There are six common bathrooms in the hostel and all private rooms have their own shower in the room.

Some hostels provide free breakfast that's not even available by the time you wake up! City Resort Hostel provides FREE bread, rice, coffee and tea in our common kitchens all day. Pots, pans, and cooking utensils are all available in the kitchens so you can save some extra cash by making your own meals.

We specialise in double rooms so we can offer you the lowest rates on single/double/twin/triple or family rooms.

All private rooms have showers and every room has a fridge so you can save your unfinished meals. We provide lockers for any valuables you might have free of charge (subject to availability). Our rooms are bright and have natural light.

Double Room

City Resort Hostel's double rooms are furnished with more than just a bed. Double rooms have a double bed, shower, fridge, sink, and wardrobe inside the room. Maximum 2 persons only.

Single Room

Travelling alone and need some privacy? Single rooms have a single/double bed, shower, fridge and wardrobe inside the room. Maximum 2 persons only. Extra charges apply for extra guest.

Twin Room

If you would like a private room for two but want to sleep separately then a twin room is best for you. Twin rooms have two separate beds (two single beds or a bunk bed), shower, fridge, sink, and wardrobe inside the room. Maximum 2 persons only.

Triple room

Triple rooms have a bunk bed, double bed at the bottom bunk and single at the top. The room has a shower, fridge, sink, and wardrobe inside the room.

3/4/6 Bed Dorm

No need to stay in cramped 10+ bed dorms! City Resort Hostel has dormitory rooms with fewer people so you have more space to breath. All dorm rooms have a fridge, sink, wardrobe inside the room. Communal showers and toilets are just outside the room. Female dorms available on request.

Family room

Family rooms are great for groups of 4 and you don't need to be a family! The family room has a double bed and a single bunk. There is a shower, fridge, sink and wardrobe inside the room. Maximum 4 persons only.

City Hostel offers affordable accommodation less than 10 minutes' walk from Sydney city centre.
