City Waters is a 3 Star tourist class property of self-catering units. We cater for clients wanting a 3 star price. All rooms are fully equipped with kitchens and bathrooms with bath. The property enjoys a superb CBD Location on 118 Terrace Road, Perth, next to Langley Park by the banks of the Swan River.

Because of the central location most of the City's attractions can be enjoyed without the need to hire a car.They can be reached either by a short stroll or by the City's free transport. The 5 Star Sheraton is just around the corner and this hotel offers access to convenient facilities such as regular Airport-City shuttle bus and priority Taxi service.

Accommodation

The one-bedroom units have separate bathrooms with bath and shower. The kitchen is also separate with gas stove, hotplates, microwave oven and fridge. All crockery and cutlery is supplied along with a kettle and toaster. The main room is comfortably set out with built-in robes, dining area, colour television, air conditioning and telephone. There is sleeping for up to three adults or two adults and two children.
