Our Heritage Holiday Houses feature two fully self-contained, four-bedroom houses. Perched on the upper plateau in a leafy part of the island, they have been beautifully restored, are surrounded by heritage gardens and have stunning views of the harbour. The houses are ideal for groups of up to ten people.

These charming Federation houses were once home to Cockatoo Island's medical officer and engineering manager when the island was a busy shipyard.

Weekday check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is up to 11:00am. Weekend check-in is from 3:00pm on Friday and check-out is 1.30pm on Sunday.

The house accommodation on Cockatoo Island is located on the upper plateau of the island and is of a Heritage nature. They have many steps and as such would be unsuitable for wheelchairs or anyone who has difficulty with steps.
