APARTMENT 11 FIRST FLOOR 1 BEDROOM
Apartment 11 is fully renovated; it is air conditioned and
has 80+ foxtel channels available on a 38cm LCD television as well as
a DVD player. The bathroom is beautiful and modern with a front loader
washing machine available, there is also a dishwasher in the kitchen,
the bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed in the same room and the
possibility of moving the single bed to the lounge for more privacy is
an option. 11 has a quiet balcony overlooking the beach and is ideal to
watch the spectacular sunsets over Surfers with a nice glass of wine.
APARTMENT 12 FIRST FLOOR 2 BEDROOM
Apartment 12 is renovated it is air conditioned and has
austar available on a 38cm LCD television the kitchen was fully replaced
in 2010 and has everything you will need. The main bedroom has mirrored
wardrobes and a queen bed. The second bedroom also has mirrored wardrobes
and 2 x single beds. No 12 is also on the end of the block so has the
side windows not found in other apartments giving it an airy pleasant
feel.
APARTMENT 15 2ND FLOOR 2 BEDROOM
Apartment 15 is one of our best two bedroom apartments.
It is air conditioned, has austar available on a 38cm LCD television as
well as a DVD player, the main bedroom has a queen bed with mirrored wardrobes
and tiled floors throughout, the second bedroom has a double bed with
a single above so could sleep up to five persons.
APARTMENT 17 2ND FLOOR ONE BEDROOM
Apartment 17 is by far our best one bedroom apartment, fully
refurbished in 2011 this magnificent apartment has been finished with
a skilful and thoughtful choice. The apartment is fully air-conditioned
and has austar available on a 38cm LCD television as well as a DVD player.
There is also a separate dining table and a beautiful blue splash back
in the kitchen. As with the all the other apartments views of Kirra Beach
are a must, there is also a double sofa bed in this apartment’s
lounge which means the apartment could sleep up to five persons.
APARTMENT 18 2ND FLOOR 2 BEDROOM
Apartment 18 is our best two bedroom apartments, air conditioned
with austar available on a 38cm LCD television as well as a DVD player,
No 18 also has a fully renovated kitchen featuring a dishwasher and glass
cooktop. The main bedroom has a queen bed whist the second bedroom has
1 x single and a set of bunks, so the apartment could sleep five persons.
The bathroom is gorgeous and has a window mounted exhaust fan to keep
the mirrors clear. Side windows again give that extra breeze particularly
in the laste afternoon when Kira starts to cool down, all in all a wonderful
apartment in which to make memorable.
