From Motel 429 it is a short drive to the Hobart CBD, Salamanca and the Docks where you will find great shopping, waterfront cafes, the famous Salamanca markets and the ferry terminal for Mona.

The shopping centre’s of Sandy Bay and Lower Sandy Bay also offer a variety of eateries and boutique shops. Sandy Bay Road is the start of the Scenic drive through to the Huon Valley and the South West.

The Unit accommodates up to 6 persons and has a Min. 2 Night Stay. The Unit has been fully renovated and offers spacious open plan living with breathtaking and uninterrupted views across the Derwent River.

Features include a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, balcony off living area, outdoor BBQ and seating area and off street parking.

Accommodation is three bedrooms each with a HD TV, 2 x Queen and 1 x Twin.There is one bathroom with shower only and separate toilet. We provide a room refresh service for bookings exceeding three nights unless other arrangements are made. For lengthy stays the unit is fully serviced after every 7 days.
