The Peninsula offers one, two and three bedroom self-contained serviced suites, situated on over an acre of prime landscaped greenery, at competitive daily rates.

Every suite comprises a modern, fully-equipped kitchen (including stove top, bench top oven, microwave, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, and all crockery and cutlery). An open plan lounge or dining or kitchen area is separate from the bedroom. Our courteous and friendly reception service is on hand whenever you need it.

The Riverview Penthouse Suite

Experience the large Riverview Penthouse Suite, for an indulgent getaway. Enjoy a plush King size bed, marble bathroom, large marble kitchen with pantry storage, 3 TVs, large sofa and desk/dining tables, and a large wrap-around balcony with unobstructed views of Swan River and Perth City skyline from the front of The Peninsula. This suite caters for a maximum of 3 persons, of which a maximum of 2 can be adults, and a maximum of 2 can be children.

The Riverview Grand Suite

Experience a luxurious grand bedroom with large wardrobe and marble heated bathroom, a separate study room, large lounge or dining or kitchen area, a separate storage facility, and a large balcony with views to the Swan River and Perth City skyline. This suite caters for a maximum of 4 persons, of which a maximum of 2 can be adults, and a maximum of 3 can be children.

The Riverview Panorama Suite

Enjoy panoramic views of the Swan River and Perth City skyline from this middle floor self contained one bedroom suite, at the front of The Peninsula. One queen bed in the bedroom, one bathroom, and a separate lounge or dining or kitchen area. This suite caters for a maximum of 3 persons, of which a maximum of 2 can be adults, and a maximum of 2 can be children.

The Riverview Deluxe Suite

Enjoy views of the Swan River and Perth City skyline from this ground floor self contained one bedroom suite, at the front of The Peninsula. One queen bed in the bedroom, one bathroom, and a separate lounge/dining/kitchen area. This suite caters for a maximum of 3 persons, of which a maximum of 2 can be adults, and a maximum of 2 can be children.

The Business Suite
Redesigned to provide more space for your creativity and business needs, this large business suite has a separate study room with a work desk, one queen bed in the bedroom, one bathroom, and a separate lounge or dining or kitchen area. Relax in your own private outdoor courtyard. This suite caters for a maximum of 3 persons, of which a maximum of 2 can be adults, and a maximum of 2 can be children.

The Riverview Suites
Enjoy views of the Swan River from the balcony of your riverview suite. These suites are located either on the ground or middle floor along the side and near the front of the Peninsula. One queen bed in the bedroom, one bathroom, and a separate lounge or dining or kitchen area from the bedroom. This suite caters for a maximum of 3 persons, of which a maximum of 2 can be adults, and a maximum of 2 can be children.

Balcony Suites
Relax outdoors in your own private balcony with distant partial river views of the Swan River. One queen bed in the bedroom, one bathroom, and a separate lounge or dining or kitchen area from the bedroom. This suite caters for a maximum of 3 persons, of which a maximum of 2 can be adults, and a maximum of 2 can be children.

The Standard Suites
Enjoy your standard suite, with one queen bed in the bedroom, one bathroom, and a separate lounge or dining or kitchen area from the bedroom. Riverviews or private outdoor courtyards are not available in the standard suites. This suite caters for a maximum of 3 persons, of which a maximum of 2 can be adults, and a maximum of 2 can be children.

Standard Twin Beds Suites
Enjoy your standard suite with 2 single beds in the bedroom, one bathroom, and a separate lounge/dining/kitchen area from the bedroom. Riverviews or private outdoor courtyards not available in the standard suites. This suite caters for a maximum of 3 persons, of which a maximum of 2 can be adults, and a maximum of 2 can be children.

Two Bedroom Family Suites
The 2 bedroom family suite has 1 queen bed in the main bedroom, 2 single beds in a second bedroom, 1 bathroom (only accessible from the main bedroom), and a separate kitchen or dining or lounge area. The 2 bedroom family suite has either a courtyard or partial river outlook (subject to availability). The two bedroom family suite caters for a maximum of 5 persons, of which a maximum of 2 can be adults, and a maximum of 3 can be children.

Two Bedroom Standard Suites
The 2 bedroom standard suite has 1 queen bed in the main bedroom, 1 single bed in a second bedroom, 1 bathroom (only accessible from the main bedroom), and a separate kitchen or dining or lounge area. The two bedroom standard suite caters for a maximum of 4 persons, of which a maximum of 2 can be adults, and a maximum of 2 can be children.
