The hotel was not well kept, I had no remote for my tv and when I wanted to phone the reception, I noticed that the phone wasn't working, then I had to go to the reception myself to ask for the remote and when I got back to my room, the remote didn't work... it ,made me quite upset. The taps were leaking a bit and we didn't have enough towels were provided in our double room. There was no laundry option, we had to get the iron and board ourselves, and also they did not have any safe, so we had no where safe to put our valuables. They did not have a restaurant of their own, there was only a Spur that was in the same complex as what they were. The good things were that we slept comfy and we knew the sheets were clean...

The Hotel is in perfect location, close to all the transport, and shopping centres. There's nothing special about the rooms they look ordinary, and the main thing is they are clean and the room is warm and comfy. I don't think the rooms are over priced, and the shower had good pressure and enough hot water. The tv channels could be improved, but they weren't bad. The staff was not helpful at all, they looked a bit lost, as if they didn't really get what I was saying, they didn't know how to give directions to a bank or ATM and I had to ask 3 different people before I could get a remote for the tv. The Hotel is nice but management needs to deal with the staff and make sure that they are more people friendly....

There was always people complaining about maintenance and there was just nothing done, as everyone was told there is no maintenance. But for a place to just relax after a hard day's work, it does the trick. I also had complaints, My Tv didn't work, neither did my telephone, there was no hairdryer, and the drains were blocked so caused shower to overflow. The wifi was expensive. The room was ok, beds were clean with clean sheets, but if this is not your only option i recommend you go somewhere else.
