Reviews of Phakalane Hotel in Gaborone Botswana

This Hotel is definitely in my top ranking when it comes to gaborone. The rooms are stylish and comfy, offers wifi and there is food options out on the terrace by the pool. There is also the golf course that gives you the relaxation of playing a game after work and if you really want to, you can get going on the course before work. It might just be what you need. Recommended in my books!

The rooms are spacious and big, and the open bathroom effect is just amazing and pretty! There is a golf course where you can go and enjoy yourself. Their service isn't up to date, there is definitely room for improvement. They had to replace dirty towels with new ones and they skipped the one day. There is a bar with excellent drinks and the staff is just so helpful.

This hasn't been my first time here, but my second and it was just superb. The amenities and facilities were beyond their standard but the management had a lack of friendliness and co-operation and if that is how management is then I don't want to know how the other staff is going to turn out. It's the same with the kitchen staff, send you food with out any cutlery or anything, how do they expect me to eat hot food with my hands? and by the time they have gone to get it and come back, foods cold already. The IT guy did a great job with the wifi, I had wifi in my room so I had no problem doing business. If you are not bother about how you are treated or about your needs and wants then you can come to this hotel, but if not, I recommend somewhere else.
