Reviews of Dqae Qare in Ghanzi Botswana

I was picked up from Ghanzi and had about an half an hours drive to the game farm. I had booked into the bushman hut for 3 nights. The time I spent there was well spent with the other guests and the staff. It was nice waking up the sunrise over the kalahari. The atmosphere is so peaceful. I had a splended time. and the food was excellent. Service was a class. I saw a lot of wildlife, wildebeests and antelopes were plentiful at the waterhole and the birdlife was beautiful. There was women who was sitting with me underneath a tree teaching me how to make bangles out of ostrich shells. The guides were telling us all about the nature during a walk one day. The one main memory of our time here was the dance we had around the fire under the moonlight.

I do a lot of business in Botswana and come here quite often. The food here was just great, I've tried about all the food they have and all of it is just awesome. The staff heated water up for all the guests to shower, because the reserve is powered by solar and it was raining for days. there was no hot water. I prefer This place to all the other places in Ghanzi. The accommodation is nice and simple, comfy too. I didn't see any animals since I was not interested in looking for game, I just wanted to do my business.
