| Our big issue was that four separate rooms were
booked, by the three desperate couples, but all were traveling together.
There is a lodge and a hotel. We needed to book at the hotel but
all accidentally booked at the lodge. Called the lodge to correct
and they said no problem and that all was taken care of. The three
separate pairs showed up at the hotel at different times to find
no reservations made. Two were still reserved at the lodge so it
worked out...Okay...but two was never even reserved at the lodge
in the first place and had to rush to source other accommodation
late into the evening. They did provide transport to assist so we
should be grateful for that step in the end.
The aircon smelled like urine in one of the rooms. Breakfast was
also a problem. The food itself was okay, but one room... once sorted
out and two parties were able to stay for the rest of the reserve
dates... got a phone call at 06h30 asking what they wanted for breakfast
and by 08h30 there had still been no food delivered! We had to go
down to the kitchen, then still wait another 30min or so. The communication
needs some serious improvement. |
