About the Camp
&Beyond Xaranna Okavango Delta Camp enjoys luxurious solitude on its own Delta island within a 272,000-hectare (672,125-acre) exclusive wildlife concession.
The guest areas are all carefully positioned to maximise the sweeping views across the channels, with classic Delta tree-line silhouettes. The camp celebrates Botswana’s iconography, with humorous design touches used throughout. The intimate guest sitting area boasts a spacious reading area, perfect for afternoon relaxation.
The elevated dining area features shady verandas with mesmerising views leading out onto an open-air boma where exotic candlelit dinners are served beneath the stars. A fully stocked Safari Shop offers chic outdoor gear, African art, and jewellery.
Reachable only by boat during the high-water season, this intimate camp with only nine tents offers an exclusive experience steeped in the wonder and magic of this extraordinary ecosystem. Taking its inspiration from the water lily, Xaranna is a delightful camp with just nine en-suite safari tents that combine canvas and bleached timber. The overall atmosphere of the camp is cool, light, and airy, in keeping with the gentle beauty of its environment.
The safari tents are organic in design and are delicately decorated in shades of khaki and soft lily pink. Each tent boasts a romantic outdoor sala, private plunge pool, indoor bathtub, and al fresco shower.
Delta Bliss
In the midst of crystal-clear waters, surrounded by a mosaic of papyrus and reed beds, &Beyond Xaranna Okavango Delta Camp provides an exceptional water experience. With sweeping views opening up onto a permanent lagoon, this serene and isolated camp combines the best of what the Okavango has to offer. Glide silently on a mokoro, exploring the mosaic of islands nestled among a labyrinth of channels.
Tented Suites
Nine light and airy tented suites look out onto spectacular Delta scenery. Four-poster beds of blonde wood rest on bleached floors, offering extensive views.
An en-suite bathroom promises the luxury of a deep, warm bath, and a refreshing shower waits either indoors or al fresco. Lull your senses with the splash of nearby waters as you recline in your covered sala or enjoy the cool comfort of your full-sized private pool.
