You could not feel more at home than at Villa Srey, simply because this hotel is inside a real villa. Before becoming a tourist lodging it was home to a Cambodian family, well we added the swimming pool and changed the rooms a bit, but it is a true villa. This house is nested in the quietest and the safest district of the capital, because it is the high-end residential district, and almost every villa has a security guard.
The swimming pool is not that big, but it is in perfect harmony with the size of the villa itself. It is mostly there as a cooling device, nothing beats a dive in a cold pool after a hot visit in the town of Phnom Penh.
At Villa Srey, all our rooms are created and conceived like charming studio apartments, this simply means that you will feel so much at home. The rooms have something special, whether it is the wooden floor giving some kind of little french cottage touch, or the Cambodian ceramic tiles which will bring a colonial sense to your trip, every room has some sort of charming spell.
Most of the rooms are facing outwards, so you will get a sense of privacy from every angle. As you open the door, you are facing the garden…and not the neighbors' bedroom.
