Situated in the northern part of the Yorkshire Wolds and within easy reach of the Yorkshire Moors and the coast, Manor Farmhouse is the ideal base from which to explore the region. Whether you are interested in visiting the coastal resorts of Scarborough, Bridlington and Filey - all only 20 minutes away by car - going walking in the Yorkshire Moors or Wolds or visiting the region's houses and gardens, you can be assured of a warm welcome at Manor Farmhouse.
We are open all year round to allow you to enjoy the surrounding countryside in every season. Dating back to the 1750s, the house retains many of its original features, with oak beams and window seats still in evidence.
Renovated to a high standard, we have one double room and one twin room, each with its own private bathroom. Both rooms have full central heating, tea/coffee making facilities and a television. We are a non-smoking establishment for the comfort and safety of our guests.
Accommodation for pets can be provided in the stable block by prior arrangement. There is ample off road parking available.
Walkers, cyclists and bikers are welcome and provided for. Pickups and drop offs for the Wolds Way and other walks are available on request. There is plenty of secure storage and drying facilities for all your equipment.

Manor Farmhouse Accommodation
We have one double room (Heather) and one twin room (Hayloft), both refurbished and decorated to a high standard.
Heather has a comfortable window seat with views over the garden. Both rooms have full central heating, tea/coffee making facilities and a television.
The private bathrooms each have a bath and shower to cater for everyone's needs. Both rooms are located on the first floor, hence we are sorry to say that wheelchair access is not available.
We pride ourselves on cleanliness and hence smoking and pets are not allowed in the house. We offer plenty of secure storage and a drying area for walkers' gear and muddy boots!
Pets can be accommodated in the stable block by prior arrangement. In good weather, a seating area for guests is provided in our well stocked gardens.
We offer a wide selection of books, magazines and games to enjoy out in the garden or from your window seat.
