The Three Tees is a family-run nine bedroom licensed hotel with ample off-street parking, situated in the quiet Lusty Glaze area of Newquay.
We are a short walk to the beach, and 10/15 minus walk to the town centre. Our public rooms include a large dining room, adjacent to which is a cosy bar, leading into our bright, airy sun-lounge.
The sun-lounge opens onto an attractive, fully-enclosed garden. The hotel is child-friendly, and has a substantial collection of children’s books, videos/DVDs & games, situated in our comfortable TV Lounge.

The hotel has eight comfortable and spacious bedrooms, fully en-suite or with private bathroom, some with King-size beds. Freeview colour TV, hospitality tray with tea/coffee making facilities, and complimentary toiletries are provided.
Some of our rooms have sea views, looking up the coast towards Watergate Bay and Trevose Head. In addition to the main hotel rooms, there is our popular family annexe.
This was fully rebuilt for 2011, and is situated in the garden, a few steps from the sun lounge. These garden rooms comprise a large double room with king size bed and wall-mounted TV/DVD, a similar sized twin room with TV, and a substantial bathroom.
The unit is ideal for families and can easily accommodate a travel cot or extra bed for those with more children.
For those who prefer a more self-contained feel, the garden rooms work well for two couples sharing, and are a favourite with dog-owners owing to the garden location and ease of access. Wheelchair users will find the larger sized rooms and flat/ramped access easy to navigate.
