Just three miles from the market town of Oswestry and alongside the Montgomery Canal, we have a rural setting of almost seven acres in the peaceful countryside of North Shropshire.

The master suite has full Sky TV. Enjoy a relaxing complementary afternoon tea or coffee on first arrival, either in the courtyard, the resident’s reception lounge or your room, as you please.
Wander in seven acres of gardens and grounds or take a stroll along the Montgomery Canal towpath accessed via our private bridge then settle down to an evening meal from one of our extensive a la carte menus* that cover all culinary needs.

In all our rooms, the emphasis is on comfort and convenience. Comfortable beds with 100% Egyptian cotton sheets, oversize duvets (so rolling over will not leave someone with cold shoulders), TV’s with Freeview or full Sky in the Master Suite, a fridge with fresh milk and a comprehensive hospitality tray.

The Aviation: Named for the hand drawn cut-away plans of WW2 aircraft on the walls this is a south facing, very comfortable, room with exposed ceiling beams and a window overlooking the garden and countryside.
It is offered as a single occupancy room but with a generously sized bed for those who like a little more room to spread out!

The Master / Family Suite: Our most romantic, elegant and spacious room, furnished for comfort and relaxation.
This is a most impressive suite with a four-poster bed, side area with dressing table/desk and a two seat sofa. The large bathroom has a whirlpool bath and wet room shower.

The Cheshire: Our superior ‘option’ room on the ground floor; it can be configured as either a super king or a twin room.
The en-suite bathroom has a bath and separate oversized shower and two wash hand basins.

The Garden: This is a bright and cosy double aspect; double room with exposed ceiling beams and windows to the south overlooking the garden and countryside and to the north overlooking the courtyard, canal and fields beyond
