The Seymour Guest House is an attractive Victorian guesthouse in a very pretty and quiet terrace. Our bed and breakfast accommodation is tastefully decorated in neutral shades with all the little extras provided that makes it comfortable and homely.
Ideally situated B&B right on Plymouth Hoe and just a few minutes’ walk from the City Centre, university and the historic Plymouth Barbican with its quaint cobbled streets, cosmopolitan cafe culture and marina.
Brittany ferry port, train and bus stations are also within easy reach and HMS Raleigh is a short drive away. With a warm welcome guaranteed, we sincerely hope our guests enjoy their stay with us.

Seymour Guest House Accommodation
All bedrooms are carpeted throughout. There are en suite facilities in all double, twin and family rooms consisting of a shower, WC and wash basin. Our 2 single rooms have a wash basin but share a shower room/WC which is situated on the first landing.

Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and has a sash window facing the rear of the property.
This room has a 5ft (king-size) double bed with access from both sides.

Bedroom 2 is on the first floor. A single room with a 3ft bed can be accessed from one side only.
The bedroom has a tilting UPVC window which faces the front of the property. Standard (has a washbasin only).

Bedroom 3 is on the first floor. A twin room with 2 x 3ft single beds, one has access to both sides and the other with access to one side only. The bedroom has a sash window facing the rear of the property.

Bedroom 4 is on the first floor. This room has a 4ft 6in double bed with access from both sides.
The bedroom has a large UPVC bay window (with side openings) facing the front of the property. Two leather armchairs.

Bedroom 5 is on the second floor. This is a single room with a 3ft bed that can only be accessed from one side.
The bedroom has a tilting UPVC window which faces the front of the property.

Bedroom 6 is on the second floor. A triple room with a 3ft single bed has access to one side only and a 4ft 6in double bed with access to both sides.
The bedroom has a sash window facing the rear of the property.

Bedroom 7 is on the second floor. A triple room with a 3ft single bed has access to one side only and a 4ft double bed with access to one side only.
The bedroom has a tilting UPVC window (with child safety catch) which faces the front of the property.
