Named after the protestant martyr, George Tankerfield, burned at the stake in Romeland in 1555, Tankerfield House is steeped in history but has all modern amenities.

The White room: The White room is extremely spacious with an adjoining bathroom. Just like the Red Room and the Green Room, this room is equipped with free wireless internet, tea and coffee making facilities and free-view television.
You’ll revel in fine Egyptian cotton sheets, while propped up on feather pillows.

The Red room: The Red room has an en-suite and dare we mention it, was where Cliff Richard stayed as guest of the Abbey, or Crusaders Charity, that once owned the property.

The Green suite: The Green suite is fully furnished with television, wireless internet, tea and coffee facilities and fine cotton sheets and feather pillows.
It also has its own separate sitting room and en-suite bathroom.
