4 star Tourism rated, friendly, family run Guest House. The house is only eight minutes’ walk from the Royal Shakespeare Company and RSC Theatre, along The Old Tramway Walk.
Close to town centre and Shakespeare’s Birthplace. We have a large, secluded garden for the enjoyment of Guests.
The elevated decking overlooking the Koi pond, can provide shady or "suntrap" garden seating during your visit.
Two rooms have their own private access to the garden, and open directly onto the decking area. There is space available, for cyclists to store their bicycles.

For your comfort all rooms are double glazed and centrally heated. Thermostatic controls permit individual control to required personal levels.
Rooms have high quality beds and double, twin or family rooms are available. All rooms have unlimited Free WIFI access.
There is parking on the private driveway for ALL guests, at ratio of one car per room. Parking is free and Guests may leave their car on the driveway until 3pm of day of departure.
