Watergardens and Water garden’s End offers luxury 4 star accommodation with six light, spacious and contemporary double/twin rooms, all with shower en-suites and patio doors leading out into the gardens. Most of the bedrooms have their own patios/sun-terraces.
Each property has a wonderful lounge area furnished with comfy leather sofas, large flat screen TV’s, books and magazines, just inviting you to relax and chat.
Watergardens is situated between the villages of West Ashton and Yarnbrook, close to beautiful ancient woodland, with river and canal-sidewalks and tow-path cycling routes within a short drive away.

Bed and Breakfast: Our rooms include king-size and super-king beds and twin beds with clean crisp white cotton sheets; fresh flowers; radio clock alarms; bottles of Britta filtered water, luxury shower en-suites; bundles of fluffy towels; complimentary shower gels, shampoo and soaps.
Tea and Coffee with cookies. Two of our rooms have wet rooms with refreshing drench showers.

Main House: All on one level, Watergardens offers a large well-equipped modern kitchen leading onto a beautiful light and airy breakfast room with a dining table that can comfortably seat up to 12/14.

Directions to Water Gardens
From M4 West / M5 Wales: Leave M4 at junction 18 on to a46 for Bath. Follow the Batheaston Bypass and continue for Bradford On Avon.
As you pass Cumberwell Golf Course and the road narrows, turn left for Trowbridge, shortly after Bradford on Avon Town sign. Continue through Woolly Green until T-Junction.
Turn left then immediately right. Continue downhill and through Staverton. Bear left at mini roundabout and through Hilperton Village.
Turn right at next roundabout. Ist exit off next roundabout and straight over next. Turn right for Steeple Ashton and Keevil at next roundabout.
Turn right at traffic lights onto A350 heading for Westbury. Follow A350 through next set of traffic lights and approx 600m past Yarnbrook sign, Watergardens is on the right.

From M4 East / London: Exit at Junction 17, Chippenham. Follow signs for Poole/A350. Continue through Melksham on A350/Westbury direction. At Yarnbrook, Watergardens is on right before mini roundabout.
