Ron and Lesley look forward to welcoming you to Downs View. We are a family run B and B in Upper Beeding, offering extremely comfortable accommodation in seven spacious en-suite rooms.
We have a car park at the rear of the building for those guests arriving by car or motorbike. Secure storage for bicycles is also available.
Downs View has seven individually designed rooms, all with modern en-suite facilities. Each room has a TV/DVD, hairdryer, and tea and coffee making facilities. Internet access is available free of charge in all rooms via a "Home Plug", available on request.

Beds are either King or Super king. The Super kings can be converted to twin beds if desired. All beds have 100% cotton sheets and pillow cases, and complimentary Gilchrist and Soames toiletries are provided in all bathrooms.
We operate a strict NO SMOKING policy within the house. A covered area is available outside for those guests who wish to use it.
