Being only 10 km and a short drive away from the Anderson Gate entrance to Etosha, this is the ideal base where you can stay in peace and quiet, but still enjoy daily game viewing trips into the park.

If you like to camp and be close to nature, but don't travel with your own camping equipment, Camping2Go offers the perfect solution by providing pre-setup safari tents, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and more.

Being so close to Etosha, you'll hear the sounds of wildlife at night, while you have the option of joining in the fun and entertainment offered at the restaurant on site. The restaurant and entertainment areas are themed as a typical African shebeen, showcasing history in interesting artefacts from previous years.

Etosha Safari Camping 2 Go Accommodation

Only 8 exclusive Camping2Go pre-setup Safari tents are available at Etosha Safari Camp, accommodating a maximum of 4 persons per tent. The tents are fully equipped with outdoor kitchens and all you'll need for preparing your own meals at these self-catering facilities.

Each tent has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and 4 single beds, bedding and towels are provided. A veranda and grill as well as a firepit is available to make for cosy evenings around the fire.

The lawns are kept green and Mopane trees provide shade during the summer months. This is a pet-free facility and wood can be bought on the premises.

The restaurant and entertainment area have a character of its own and three meals per day can be enjoyed at the restaurant. A swimming pool and lush garden compliments the facilities and adds to the enjoyment of visitors.

An old train compartment has been converted into a dining area and guests have a choice of dining in the old train or around the fireplaces or outside in the courtyard where you'll be entertained by local musicians.

What To Do at Etosha Safari Camping 2 Go

Enjoy a quiet barbeque at your Camping2Go tent after a day filled with adventures and game viewing in Etosha Park or join in the fun at the restaurant and entertainment area. During evening meals, live entertainment is provided by local artists and guests are welcome to join in the fun.

The main attraction of a stay in this area is Etosha National Park. Because Etosha Safari Camp is only 10 km away from the main entrance to the park, daily self-drive day trips can be undertaken into the park. Or you can join a guided excursion, presented by professional guides. Half-day and full day guided excursion options are available.

Another option is to rent the Etosha Safari Mobil for a self-drive and unguided excursion into Etosha, from the comfort of this specially adapted vehicle providing unparalleled game viewing. A driver can be booked to join you at an additional cost.

Guided walks are presented on the property to teach you more about the indigenous birds, plants and wildlife.
