Spacious home in a cul-de-sac in lovely and quiet old neighbourhood, located at the 800 foot elevation with a panoramic view of Hilo Bay and the ocean for glorious sunrise viewing. Look for the solar lights atop of the rock wall on the left side of the street about two thirds of the way into the street and drive through the open white iron gate.

We are situated near Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Akaka Falls, Rainbow Falls and Boiling Pots.

The Hawaiian Tropical Suite
The Hawaiian Tropical Suite offers a warm, inviting Queen bed, enveloped in unique quilted Hawaiian spreads. The room provides privacy, seclusion, private bathroom and a peaceful setting for experiencing the Hawaiian atmosphere.

The Blue Ginger Suite
The spacious Blue Ginger Suite offers its guests a comfortable Queen size bed, accompanied by an additional twin size bed for your ohana (family). Both beds are tastefully decorated with unique, quilted Hawaiian spreads.

One of our biggest attractions is Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, only 45 minutes away.

Directions to Holmes Sweet Home

Head Mauka (Towards Mountain) on Kekuanaoa Street until you reach Kilauea Ave.2).
Turn Right on to Kilauea Ave3) At the next traffic light turn left onto Mohouli Street and continure heading Mauka4) Continue up Mohouli.
Mohouli becomes Ainako Ave once you cross Kaumana Dr, you will see a 76 Gas Station right corner5) Go 9/10ths of a mile up hill to Koula Street (Street after Kapa'a Street and turn right) Look for the large white house on the left with the white gate and solar lights along the front rock wall. Arriving guests will see an open white gate with 2 lamp posts with our sign which can help to guide them in.
