Welcome to Kilauea Lakeside Estate

Kilauea Lakeside Estate is a unique and secluded luxury waterfront hideaway consisting of a five-acre peninsula of botanical gardens surrounded by a private twenty acre freshwater lake with over 1,000 feet of lake frontage and a private white sand beach.


The estate is landscaped with lush tropical foliage with over 150 varieties of flowers such as orchids, bromeliads, gingers and heliconias as well as mango, banana, papaya over fifty other fruit trees. Adjacent to the Kilauea Point Wildlife Refuge and ten miles of secluded white sand beaches, the resort offers a variety of water sports including boating, kayaking, great bass and catfish fishing, and a one-hole, three par practice golf facility and putting green.

Accommodation

Built on a natural knoll, the main facility of the estate is a three-bedroom, three-bath house of nearly 3,000 square feet including two covered lanais.

It was custom-designed for a lifestyle that's perfectly integrated with nature. Walls of windows overlook lush botanical gardens, a stream, a waterfall, and panoramic lakefront vistas.

Spacious decks on both side of the estate are ideal for alfresco dining, lounging in hammocks and enjoying magnificent sunrises and sunsets. One of the highlights of its Hawaiian/Asian architecture is a Japanese ceramic tile roof the colour of celedon blue, which blends ideally with the lake and stream

Special Services & Activities
Complimentary fishing, boating, kayaking and canoeing in the private 20 acre lake, and complimentary cultural activities, including walks to the gardens and historical sites the property; tours of the surrounding Kilauea area; demonstrations of flower arranging and cutting and harvesting of coconut, banana and other tropical fruits. Lakeside spa treatments are available for an additional fee, including massages, yoga, Hawaiian healing treatments and personal fitness training.
