The Muana Lani Hotel has a brochure and map and offers guided tours on the property with a Hawaiian historian. Kamehameha Day Parade - Kohala is the Birth place of Hawaii's King Kamehameha. The original honorary statue is standing just a few minutes down the road. On June 11th every year there is a parade to honor his birth and celebrate with Hula dancing and traditional Hawaiian music. |
