Welcome To Kona Beach House Plantation Managers

Our adjacent beach homes are on the makai (ocean) side of Alii Drive, 2.5 miles from Kailua-Kona. Together, the homes have seven bedrooms and can comfortably sleep fourteen people. Our family beach homes have provided us a refuge for rest and rejuvenation for more than 70 years.

In keeping with the Hawaiian spirit of Aloha, we invite you to experience Hawaii of the 1940's and 50's. Regard your time with us as you would a stay as a guest in our home. Picnic on the promontory and enjoy the evanescent beauty of the Kona Coast.

Middle Bedroom

There are two twin size beds, front balcony with French doors, rear balcony and unparalleled views of the ocean. Windows and doors on both sides allow a pleasant breeze to cool the room.

The Middle Bedroom and the South Bedroom share a full bath with shower.

First Floor Bedroom

Originally, this bedroom was Robbie's office. After he died, Marjorie turned it into her bedroom. This bedroom has a queen size bed, two closets and an adjacent full bathroom with a shower.

Second Floor South Bedroom

This was, originally, the master bedroom. Some people like it the best. It has a king size bed with fabulous views as it directly looks out over one of the two sandy beaches through the palm trees swaying in the wind.
