Accommodation

Bamboo temple
The first permitted bamboo structure in the entire United States, our Bamboo Temple is both unique and historic. Built in the shape of a nautilus, its geometric form evokes tranquility and sacredness.

Lotus Room
Our Lotus Room, located on the ground floor of the Opua House, is our master bedroom and a popular choice when our cottages are not available. This spacious room has a stunning ocean view and floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook a lotus pond.

Indian room
Our Indian Room, located on the second floor of the Opua House, utilizes a shared bathroom and shower. With windows on both sides, it provides views of the Haleakala crater, the ocean, and our jungle-like garden. The room is tastefully decorated with offerings from India and Tibet, and features black bamboo flooring with a hint of an Asian meditation feeling.

Hawaiian room
Our Hawaiian Room, located on the second floor of the Opua House, utilizes a shared bathroom and shower. It celebrates the spirit of the islands with Hawaiian art, an exotic wood floor, and a large private deck with views of the ocean, the Haleakala crater, and our grounds.
