The Mauian Hotel offers a truly special experience, and over the years it has gained a large following of loyal guests. Some have returned to our charming Napili Beach hotel year after year for decades.

Others have recently discovered the Mauian and ended up loving its easy-going ambiance. Life is simple here. We don’t offer a lot of “bells and whistles,” but we do offer a perfectly-situated hotel on Napili Beach with lovely rooms and a friendly, laid-back style. Just what you want for a Maui beach vacation!

Beachfront Studio
These four prime studio condo units are located directly off the beach, with private lanais providing panoramic views of the beach, bay, and beyond to the islands of Molokai and Lanai.

Ocean View Studio
These Ocean View Studios offer lovely views combined with the conveniences of a Napili Bay condo for your vacation, accommodating up to three people with a king bed and hideaway sleeper bed.

Partial Ocean View Studio
The Mauian’s Partial Ocean View Studios are located in our two oceanfront buildings, offering private lanais with side views to beautiful Napili Bay. The Mauian has a prime beachfront location among Napili Bay hotels, making every room just a few steps to the beach.

Pool view studio
The Mauian’s Pool View Studios are located in the Garden building near the pool,These Pool View units overlook the pool area and surrounding landscaped gardens and offer a partial ocean view from the private lanai. These studios can be combined with adjoining Pool View Hotel Rooms to create a large suite, ideal for families or other guests who prefer vacation rentals with extra space and the added privacy of a separate bedroom.

Activities

Maui Paddle Boarding
Is easier to learn than surfing, and most beginners can be up on the board in less than 30 minutes with proper instruction. Napili Bay is one of the best places on Maui to learn SUP, as the crescent-shaped bay is protected by an outer reef, making the waters generally calm and easy to navigate. If you have never tried SUP, we highly recommend you start with a lesson before you hit the waves.

Golf Courses
Maui is truly a golfer’s paradise. Boasting 15 spectacular golf courses for public play, the island offers a tremendous variety of golf experiences, including some of the most highly-ranked courses in the nation. Whether you are a novice or a scratch golfer, you’ll find these Maui golf courses to be challenging and memorable and the views utterly breathtaking.

Scuba diving on Maui
Is a thrill for both the experienced diver and for those who are just discovering the wonders of the incredible undersea world. Approximately 21 percent of all Hawaiian marine life is unique to the islands, so you will see them nowhere else in the world.

Directions to Mauian Hotel

When departing the Kahului Airport, stay straight and you’ll find yourself on Kuihelani Highway (380) heading west towards Lahaina.
Continue for several miles (approx. 10 minutes drive). When you reach the major T-intersection at Honoapiilani Highway (30), turn left and continue along the scenic coastline. Eventually, you will pass through the town of Lahaina and pass the Kaanapali resort area.
You will pass the exit (on the right) for the small Kapalua/West Maui Airport then (on the left) the Kahana Gateway shopping plaza. Keep going.
Turn right at the T-intersection stop sign. The Mauian is .6 miles on the left
