Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood among million-dollar oceanfront homes, these three studios and one apartment unit offer excellent value for your vacation dollar. Each unit has a private lanai, queen-size bed, and sleeper sofa.

Poipu Beach Shopping Village has a variety of shops and restaurants. The Polynesian Revue is presented on Centre Stage every Tues and Thurs at 5:00 pm.

Moir Garden is a beautiful display of orchids, bromeliads and succulents and featuring water lily-filled lava rock ponds. It is located on the grounds of the family home of the last manager of Koloa Sugar Plantation.

This is a wonderful location for visiting Kauai. Near the ocean, wonderful people, and great golf courses. Enjoyed golfing at Poipu Bay Resort Golf Course and met some nice people at Kukiolono Park Golf Course.

Poipu Beach Park has swimming, snorkelling, and a shallow wading area. Showers, restrooms, and parking are provided. 1 mile east of SurfSong

Unit #3 Hawai'iana

A spacious suite with Queen bed
in the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. TV, microwave,
refrigerator with icemaker, Cook to/Oven and Dishwasher.
The large open living room/dining room combination and open-beamed ceilings give this Suite a natural Hawaiian atmosphere.

Easy access to the Lanai is provided from the bedroom, living room and dining room with sliding glass doors for casual indoor/outdoor living. It is a comfortable place
to relax and enjoy your Kauai experience

Unit #2 SeaShell
A bright comfortable Studio on the second floor with bedroom, private bath, and balcony lanai.

The furnishings include Queen bed, Single futon, TV, Coffee maker and Mini-refrigerator. Open-beamed cilings and louvered windows give this Studio an Island feeing. Seashell has a view of the ocean from the Balcony Lanai. The Lanai is a comfortable place to read, relax, have a snack, and enjoy the sounds of the ocean.

Unit #4 Flamingo
Large second floor studio with bedroom, private bath, and 2 balcony lanais. Open-beamed ceilings and louvered windows give this sutdio an Island feeling.

A spacious comfortable studio with Queen bed, Futon couch, TV, Coffee maker, and Refrigerator. It is always easy to find your own personal preference of sun or shade. The front lanai faces the ocean and back lanai faces the Garden where the purple bougainvillea never stops blooming. Guests enjoy the quiet privacy of the backyard garden for relaxing and cookouts.
