There are two types of room at Ai Ais: river view room and mountain view room, inside they are the same equipped with air conditioning, tea / coffee station and have en-suite bathrooms with a shower (no baths), the only difference is the view from the balcony, and once again don't get too excited about the 'river' view .. there is no water in the river and these rooms also overlook the camp site but you can see a little down the canyon from these rooms, meanwhile the 'mountain' view rooms look out onto the back of the resort straight onto the side of a hill, no real view to speak of.
The rooms have all the basics, a comfy bed with bedding, towels, small cupboard, basic desk and bathroom. RIver and mountain view rooms sleep two people and there is no space in the rooms for extra beds.
The bathrooms are ok, water is warm from both taps rather than hot and cold and have showers only, but there is a hot springs and a lovely warm outdoor pool for swimming.
Both room types have a small balcony with a table and chairs to seat during the afternoon heat.
