Rainbow hotel is set up in an ancient building
with bathrooms that were rusty, carpets were stuffy and the air
conditions made strange sounds. The hotel needs a make over, from
bathroom fittings to doors and carpet. The staff were really helpful,
always smiling and well mannered , they are left to apologize to
disappointed customers. The manager, Nyasha was very helpful but
the Rainbow group needs to put some money to refurbish the place
as all their staff were left to do is apologize to disappointed
customers especially after seeing the colorful brochures they use
to advertise.
