Reviews of Azura on Benguerra Island Mozambique

This is a magnificent place for a get-away and a peace of mind. The employees are exquisite, great sense of Humor and friendly. There’s no internet connection in the rooms. Visiting there is worth your time and money, fishing and snorkeling is a must, you will have the best time of your life.

Just landing on your helicopter from the airport crossing over to Benguerra you just know something exceptional awaits you at the island. The boutique has +/- 16 villas which are free from disturbance. Soothing place with outstanding service is provided. The supervision team is always two steps ahead and welcoming for uncertainties. It is indeed a great place for relaxing.

I have visited Azura boutique and it’s not what they claim to be. The place itself was exceptional, bounded by crystal water and sandy beaches. Their food and refreshment was just a disgrace, over-done and tasteless, the problem is there is nowhere else to eat but Azura.
On close inspection the condition was very poor and there was no internet, the work team wore torn uniform which was improper.
The laundry had poor service because my clothes seemed like they’ve just being only rinsed and ironed. The different kinds of activities offered were great, they included a sunset cruise in a wooden boat which was awful, the atmosphere was all fishy smell, It’s just not a great place.

Visiting Azura, my expectations were high as their website is tremendous this is a very well serviced hotel and is well cared for.
The work team is well mannered and friendly and the hotel is also involved in the island’s charity.
The rooms are perfect and the food is just exceptional.
