Great Sea view |
We arrived in marlin lodge on our honeymoon, there’s
a magnificent island location off the Mozambique coast. We arrived
in a speedboat, faultless atmosphere and our chalet was beautiful
with a real African feel and is privately located. The workers were
great and they made a real effort to offer a personal service and
were entertaining. The food and drinks were perfect, the wine was
excellent and we really enjoyed the extras such as the massages
training.

Island paradise |
Indulge in your tropical island Imaginations
of white beaches & azure sea at Marlin Lodge. The lodge is great
- attentive and friendly service, fantastic food, I loved the crayfish
BBQ, curried apple soup and king mackerel fish & chips and wonderful
activities.Rooms are right on the beach with loungers in front of
your room - it's only a few steps into bath-water warm clear sea.
My only wish is that we had longer to stay here

Lovely Island |
We had a lovely holiday and the lodge
was very nice. We arrived on a terribly hot day and our room was
very stuffy upon arrival. Most lodges we go to make sure things
are prepared for a lovely arrival. The staff were nice and always
smiling but the attention to detail wasn't that what you expect
for the steep price. We splurge once per year and despite everything
being OK, it was only just OK.

A very special place |
A very special place to unwind, particularly after a safari. This
is a really 'get away from it all' place, where you can be both
sociable and solitary. We loved the charming, helpful staff, Colette
needs a special mention here for dedication to her guests and attention
to detail. Wonderful clean beach with a vast bay which you share
with the locals who are here to fish and to carry their provisions
up the beach to their reed houses up in the sand dunes. They are
friendly, colourful and no problem at all and often only there when
the fishing is good. We ate very well which is just as well because
there is nowhere else to eat!
