Reviews of Chitengo Safari Camp in Gorongosa National Park Mozambique

I moved to Moz a few years a go and have visited the Park every year since then. The safari experience is fabulous. You can camp or book a chalet, either is utterly the most of comforts. This is one of the most african vibe feelings you can get. You don't really see any elephants or lions on the safari drives, but it is still worth going. The camp doesn't provided tents, you should bring your own.

This was the first time I came to Africa and I thought Mozambique would be a great country to go on holiday, and I really could not agree more with my decision to come to this place. The staff is friendly and provided great service and the food was amazing!!! Our rangers really knew what they were talking about and taught me a lot of things that I did not even know. The amenities are modern and the place has a real charm to it at the same time...

On the safari drives we could see elephants and antelope, it was such a pleasant experience. And then came the lions, wow, it was so wonderful to have seen them for the very first time, a real treat in africa. This place really gave me what i wanted, and i don't regret anything....
