What a lie and false advertising!!! the pictures on the web is not even the same as the original place, we really thought we were going to a lanie place and then we found out that we actually booked a mess. Hardly any of the staff talk english, and the ones that don't never help... They really didn't even bother telling people hat was going on as the power and water was frequently cut off, we never knew when we would have power again...

Before we had gone into the chalet we wanted to make sure that the fan and fridge and all the big things were working, and all was okay, until we got into the chalet just to find out neither the fridge or the fan was working. The bed linen had old blood on it, euw!!! We immediately had that changed. The kids sat on the furniture and was bitten by furniture bugs, do they ever clean???? We did complain about all of this, and almost nothing was done about this... I will never return to this place...

This use to be our favorite place to come on holiday, but our last visit. was the last time ever, I don't know what happed. There was no maintenance done, we had bad service and empty promises. We had booked this place a few months before our arrival, and did not expect it to be this bad. We had booked to chalets, and we only got one on arrival, and that caused some chaos. The one chalet that we did get was out dated and fan was rusted and others didn't even work, some of the rooms didn't have lights and how were we supposed to fit food for 10 people in such a small fridge. After a few days the water was gone and they had different excuses for it. Maybe they should take better care of the place and there won't be water problems... It is a pity that this perfect land and area was wasted by bad quality.
