I do not Recommend this
place! |
| I will definitely not come back to this hotel. Management
doesn’t care and they don’t do anything when complaints
are maid. There isn’t always water in the bathrooms which
leads to a mess and it is unpleasant. The internet only seemed to
work in one corner of the restaurant. The restaurant served me old
fish, euw… and the fact that they do not accept deliveries
from business is poor… I was away and needed an envelope from
a company… |

For the money spent, much better
places… |
| The WIFI was not working for 3 days long…
The bathrooms were dirty, other peoples hair still in the bathroom.
There was a storm outside and had me angry as it soon become a problem
in my room, the windows were banging open and close, it is very
bad quality, I couldn’t get any sleep in that night. The managers
didn’t help at all they just said that I wasn’t the
only one that night that even they had that problem. The bar food
was not good at all… There are a lot more places in Maputo
that’s much better for the same price… |

Not enough luxuries..

| Someone recommended this hotel to me because I wanted
central location. But I will not recommend it, it is dangerous,
my partner dropped me off around 8 pm and at the entrance a gang
with shotguns robbed me. The police station didn’t answer
the phone, and I must say staff was helpful after the mugging. But
that was about it, I would not say that the hotel is a 4 star, they
do not live up the rating. The room I stayed in was outdated, the
bath was old, my bed’s springs started coming out and then
I also heard the elevator was out of order. The only good thing
there was the breakfast and reception staff being helpful. |
