We don’t know how to feel about our 6 day
stay here at ALL … We really loved the location and layout
of this place, the beach was perfect and the clear clue sea water
just fantastic to watch. But unfortunately there was so many things
that made our stay unpleasant. We feel we have been miss leaded
by the lodge, we booked suites with their own plunge pool, and when
we got there we were told they haven’t yet finished building
the one suite and the other one’s pool was out of order…
We really thing seeing as our agent also confirmed that the suites
are availably the lodge mislead us to going there, the manager did
give us a free mangrove trip and a refund on the difference of the
room rates, but I still do not accept what they did.
The managing team is a bit unstable, as the main pool was also out
of order the 1st day and a half as they had to clean it because
it looked like a swamp. It wasn’t that big of a deal because
we still had the beautiful crystal clear sea water to keep us cool.
It seems like the managers just don’t care about their guests,
there’ no welcoming or introduction, no one is told when the
meals are served and there is also no activities pamphlet or anything.
We didn’t have any problem with our beds, they were clean
and comfy, but the rest of the villa needed some maintenance; the
sink and bath flacked paint and the lounge chairs were stained.
Our safe in the room also didn’t work, so we had to get another
one. You can’t just describe and enjoy a holiday by the location,
management need to see to it that they have happy guests. |
