The hotel’s dining space has an extensive and exclusive menu and wine list. We create a menu exclusively for you during your stay, and serve you your very own dinner for two on the beach if requested.

The small Lodge offers eleven en suite rooms all luxurious decorated in a beach style with natural materials and under thatch. The dining venue offers an extensive menu and wine selection and private dinners on the beach can be arranged for a romantic evening.

Clients may choose to relax on the beach whilst ordering drinks from the Beach Bar or alternatively make use of the Lodge’s swimming pool to cool off in from the day’s heat.

Inhambane is one of the oldest settlements in the country, established in 1560 by the Portuguese, and is a most interesting town. Tree lined avenues; a colourful market, port and colonial architecture make for a pretty town with a Mediterranean feel. In the old quarter of town is the 170 year old Cathedral of our Lady of Conception where a perilous ladder leads to the top of the spire, offering a grand view of town and harbour. Also take in the old governor's house on the waterfront, the fascinating railway station and the Mercado which sells a colourful array of spices, prawns, fishes, vegetables and cashew nuts. You can also take a dhow trip across the harbour to Maxixe.
