Mozaika Guest House is a family run bed and breakfast
in a secluded suburb in the heart of the vibrant capital city of
Maputo.
The well appointed rooms all overlook the central
courtyard which incorporates lovely gardens and a swimming pool
which provides relief from the heat of the African sun.
The essence of the tropics is captured here, bright,
lush garden, colorful walls. The swimming pool reflects luminant

Personalized Rooms x 8
Each room is Personalized with its own decor to give our guests the exclusive
comfort of their own homes. Decorated with contemporary furnishings, the
ambiance reflects a fusion of African, Asian, South American and European
influences. All rooms have twin, queen and king size beds with en suite
bathrooms and are equipped with air conditioning, direct dial telephone,
internet facilities, cable TV, information / map on Mozambique and Maputo,
current magazines, water glasses with bottled water, 100% cotton sheets
and fluffy towels. Rooms are also equipped with mosquito spray, candles,
laundry bags, dove shower gel and lux soaps.
Flat Accommodation
To add to the rooms amenities and comfort, the flat offers a very spacious
bedroom with a king size bed, a large bathroom with bathtub and shower,
a lounge with a kitchen fully equipped offering cutlery, plates, pots
and pans, a microwave, a stove, an oven, a freezer and a fridge.The flat
also offers a private terrace offering table, chairs, and long chairs
to enjoy the sun, the moon and the stars.
Facilities / Amenities
- Breakfast: Usually set outside by the pool
if the weather permits, the buffet offers a variety of bread, jam, cereals,
hone, fruit salad, freshly squizzed orange juice and a full English breakfast
if desired.
- Front Office: this information centre offers
services like phones, faxing, internet connectivity, making reservations,
arranging tours and booking flights.
- Garden: Our small lush garden is perfect for lazing
in the hammock with a book or watching butterflies.
- Swimming Pool: Our guest can cool down at the swimming
pool by going for a dip and relaxing with a few strokes. Swimming towels
are set by the pool and are always available.
- Laundry: Usually laundry is done and given back the
same day.
- Tea / Coffee Facilities: Tea / coffee and home made
biscuits can always be found in the lounge.
- Bar: To quench your thirst and enjoy a cocktail while
in the pool, the bar is only open for our guests and their friends.
- Parking: There is 24 hour security for cars parked
outside Mozaika.
- Room Service: Room service is available at
no extra cost, if you prefer the intimacy of your room.
- Transport: Although we are a mere 10 minutes from the
airport, we can arrange for transport / pick ups whenever necessary at
no extra cost.
