Reviews of Kalahari Bush Camping in Buitepos Namibia

We camped under a big camel thorn tree in the Kalahari barren land. All sites have power and a small table, the ablution is clean and has hot showers.
The communal kitchen was the negative for me, the lights were not working and the taps were loose. We bought nice biltong, venison fillets and dry wors at a very reasonable price.

We stopped over here on our way to Botswana from Windhoek it was our last camping before departure. We choose the best site next to the toilet blocks there were very clean and there was electricity.
We went to the restaurant for dinner and the food was delicious and the best in Namibia, we had kudu steak which was cooked to my taste. The setting and the service were good we had a great dining and camping experience.
