The lodge is very expensive

The setting and location of this lodge is out of this world but the staff and management are incompetent, rude and unfriendly. The lodge is very expensive considering the services offered; the management didn’t see us as guests but saw as an inconvenience regardless of us paying their salaries.
I emailed my concerns to the owners of the lodge and the only response that I got was "thank you for your submission we will get back to you" up to this day no one has bothered addressing my concerns or getting back to me.
