Dear Management. The mail communication on booking
and reservation of 3 double rooms for 2 nights was fine. But payment
procedure and the following dialogue about wrong charges from the
establishment has turned out to be a very bad experience. The case
is that we were only credited for half the pre-payed deposit at
our departure from San Dune. And, it has been very difficult to
have the additional charge returned to my account. All together
the total costs of accommodation was higher than expected, also
due to your high administrate exchange rates and additional bank
transfer fees. To the location, the service on site, and to the
booking office I have no complaints. But still after one month I
have not received my 327 Euro back! |
