Reviews of Grunau Country House in Grunau Namibia

We booked for a room only and our room was very small, the room was equipped with a kettle and air-conditioner but with no television. The bathroom had a shower and was very small and dirty, the restaurant prices were ok and the food was good but the vegetarian soups had pieces of meat in them.

The hostess was unfriendly, there was no internet, the rooms and bathrooms were disgusting. We had to wait for our dinner despite making reservations beforehand. The steak that I was served was ¾ fat, the food was below standard.

New ownership and being cleaned up and upgraded. I am sure it will be better next time, but if one looks where it is it is ok.
