Reviews of De Duine Hotel in Henties Bay Namibia

This run down and uncared for hotel left a bitter taste in my mouth, on arrival I was told I could that if I needed internet I could use the manager’s office. When the manager found me using the computer his computer let’s just say we had a rough encounter.

The meal was inedible, the eggs were overdone and rubbery, the toast was burnt and when I brought this to the attention of the manager he just walked away without apologising or saying anything.

The hotel is a little outdated but reasonably priced; the hotel is situated on the coastal front of Henties Bay. The rooms were adequate but with no air conditioning, the so called ocean breeze didn’t cool the room at all, it was hot and stuffy. The staff was companionable and helpful.
