The hotel is centrally located

The hotel is centrally located. The breakfast is acceptable for a two star hotel.

The hotel is clean and the staff is eager, the room has tea and coffee making facilities, television and en-suite bath/shower.

The pool could use a little care; it is adjacent to the rooms and unfenced making it a danger for children. There is a safe and secure parking off street.

The staff would do with a bit of training.

Revamping this place will go a long way

The hotel is within walking distance to everywhere in Luderitz, this two star hotel is run down and some revamping would do the place some good.

The receptionist should go for a customer care course.

We had the sea-platter at the restaurant, on our second night we were looking for another restaurant to have dinner at.
