Reviews of Aloegrove Safari Lodge in Otjiwarongo Namibia

The lodge is perched on a hill, in the morning; you can watch animals using binoculars. Memorable, especially for children: At night you can hear "cough" the leopard. The rooms are not luxurious, rather basic but nice and clean. Food at the buffet is great and you will be looked after around the clock by very friendly and attentive staff. The feeding tour of the big cats was very interesting. Although the keeping of big cats in large enclosures that's not what you would expect in Africa, it has its advantages for children.

The Aloegrove Safari Lodge is a private lodge and can be accessed via a 18 km long private road. With the most beautiful views that we enjoyed in Namibia: the bungalows are located on a hill, they are basic but clean. The lodge has a small zoo with the possibility of feeding the lions and the leopards and cheetahs to stroke.
